1. The 20k Competition is run exclusively by The Trustee for Open Projects Group Unit Trust t/as Open Projects Group Pty Ltd, ABN 55360653846 (OPG*) and promoted by OPG and its representatives only.

  2. Applicant entries are limited to residents of Australia only.

  3. Applicant entries must be aged 18 and over.

  4. Applicant entries may not be employed by the Open Projects or Tabletop Innovations groups.

  5. Applicant entries must be industry professionals – ie: chefs, restauranteurs, persons owning a commercial hospitality industry venue and based within a 220km limit from our Gold Coast Branch in Ashmore, or within 25km of our Mackay Queensland Branch. The competition is also open to COMMERCIAL RETAIL stores and their owners. (i.e. clothing/ fashion stores / beauty salons)

  6. Should a winner be selected from Mackay, the prize installation will be restricted by the availability of the installation team in that area.

  7. The competition commences on the 3rd of July 2019 at 10:30am

  8. The competition entries close on Monday, 14th of October 2019 at 12:00.

  9. The winner will be chosen on Monday the 14th of October 2019 at 14:30am at our TRADESHOW EVENT at Open Projects Group, 2 Commercial drive, Ashmore, Queensland, 4214.

  10. Entrants must be present at the TRADESHOW EVENT draw to win the prize.

  11. By entering this competition you declare that you meet all the competition regulations and are fully entitled to do so.

  12. An successful entry is an individual who has “liked” our Facebook page, www.facebook.com/openprojectsgroup AND signed up on our mailing list on www.openprojectsgroup.com.au AND attended our TRADESHOW EVENT on the day of the draw. All entries will be checked to ensure compliance. All three actions must be completed for a valid competition entry.

  13. Only one entry is allowed person.

  14. The prize consists of AU$ 20,000.00 (incl GST) contribution to the Joinery and/or Stainless Steel services, supplied and installed at your new or existing commercial hospitality related venue.

  15. The prize excludes: any equipment, design and exterior trades.

  16. The prize may NOT be exchanged for monetary value.

  17. The prize is NOT transferable.

  18. This competition strictly excludes residential projects, or projects in industries not related to the commercial hospitality industry, with the exclusive exception of COMMERCIAL RETAIL stores and their owners. (i.e. clothing/ fashion stores / beauty salons)

  19. Entrants are responsible for any / all costs incurred by them in order to enter this competition and be present at the launch, regardless of whether or not they win the competition.

  20. OPG reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that we reasonable suspect has conducted themselves in an unlawful manner or with improper conduct.

  21. We conduct our competition in compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act. Our privacy policy can be viewed on our website under “disclaimer”.

  22. The winner will be drawn and announced at our TRADESHOW EVENT on Monday the 14th of October 2019 at 14:30. Should the winner not be present at the event, an alternate winner will be chosen. This winner will be announced via social media and our EDM campaign mailers. The winner should be prepared to have their winner’s photograph taken for promotional purposes.

  23. The winner will be selected through an invisible draw by an external member of the public.

  24. Proof of Identity will be required in order to claim the prize.

  25. The selected winner is final.
